Shipping Policy

We process and ship all regular, in stock orders within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been processed and again when it has been sent. 

Custom orders take between up to 5 days to be sent. 

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over €20 throughout Europe with the exception of the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For all orders to these countries there is a fixed shipping rate of €9.99 per order. 

For all orders under €20, there is a flat rate shipping fee of €7.99.

Domestic Shipping Time Estimates

Standard domestic orders take between 2-4 business days to arrive (Portugal Mainland only). 

Orders to the Azores and Madeira take between 3 and 15 business days to arrive.

International Shipping

We ship throughout the European Union.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping Exceptions

We ship to all of Spain, including the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, but we do not ship Ceuta and Melilla.

International Shipping Time Estimates

International orders take between 3-15 business days to arrive depending on the destination country. Most arrive within 5 days of being dispatched. The further away the destination country is from Portugal, the longer it will take (generally). At checkout you will be given delivery estimates, you will also be emailed with this information, including all tracking numbers. 

How do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include courier information, tracking number and the expected delivery date. 

If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@oakspinneycarpentry.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to help you.  

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order value, minus any shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 days of receipt at contact@oakspinneycarpentry.com with your order number and a photo/description of the item’s condition and any damage to the packaging. We will quickly assist you.
